Rated-N (Nagotiator)

Born De’Angello Dwayne Powe on December 31, 1983 in Clinton, Maryland. Rasied on A-Street in Southeast, DC as he attended J.C. Nalle Elementary living a rough childhood until the age of 9. He moved around a lot as a child, from Riverdale, MD, back to Clinton, MD where he stayed with his favorite Cousin whom he saw as a brother and loving Grandparents. During his stay, he enjoyed riding bikes, being around his life long friends and playing Basketball for Stephen Decatur’s Summer Camp. He was faced with family issues due to a lot of misunderstanding and his parents being separated and was forced to move to Bladensburg, MD then to District Heights, MD where he stayed with his wonderful Mom and Step Dad. He attended Concord Elementary, Drew Freeman Middle School, Graduated from Suitland High School, and attended PGCC Community College.

His love for Graphic Design started once he attended college, and learned more self-taught before the class started so he continued to learn on his own. Once he became a well rounded designer, he soon started his own designing company called “VisionaryDesigns83” where he designs for over 100 clients. Soon after his love for music since birth pulled him back to his passion where he begin to tamper with music production and song writing. From MTV Music Generator (Playstation video game) making beats for his former rap group 3-0 to FL Studio…making beats for the world his passion became his life in 2006. Since then he has produced records for a ton of local artist, projects, and is now making his break into the music industry. Stay tuned!!
